    Легендарный отель Negresco является одним из самых знаменитых зданий Ниццы и одним из немногочисленных частных дворцов мира. Вот уже около столетия огромный розовый купол здания отеля возвышается над знаменитой Английской Набережной и Бухтой Ангелов. Его магическое название ассоциируется с определенным "искусством жизни" и беззаботными днями "Эдвардианской эры". Отель был построен в 1912 году господином Генри Негреско, сыном румынского трактирщика, который в возрасте 15 лет покинул родительский дом, чтобы путешествовать по Европе.
