Jukola APT

We ordered the apartments Jukola D2 / Juhani and Lomatahdet / Otava 14 from 22.04.2018 to 28.04.2018. I would like to report the case of extortion of money by Artic Cleaners.

At 4:00 am on April 28, we left the apartment, leaving them in proper condition, did everything exactly according to the directions that are noted in the rules of residence. Unfortunately, it happened that we accidentally forgot to put it out of our pockets and leave skipass cards that were given to us from the apartments, as well as to move a small cot from one apartment to another (from Otava to Juhani). We did it not intentionally. Halfway to Russia, we remembered that we forgot to leave the cards, and decided to send them by mail. Then someone started calling to us about the apartment of Juhani, and asking about the cards and the crib. We explained the whole situation, that the crib in the next apartment, and we forgot the cards and will send it by mail right away. But, unfortunately, the person with whom we talked, did not want to go forward, but only said that we have to pay the bill, which he will send us now. After that, another man called us, said he was a mediator, that we left a terrible mess (which was naturally a lie), and for several minutes threatened that if we do not pay the bill, then we can not leave Finland.

We were sent an account for 450 euros !!! In the account they wrote different items, among which extracleaning. Naturally, we did not pay it, since we did NOT make a mess, everything was cleaned properly; they found the bed and returned it, we did not steal it, just forgot to rearrange it; and we sent the cards to the lift by mail, and we have proof paper.

When we drove to the customs, it turned out that they called from the apartment and we were given a serious search, then interrogated.

We've been skiing in Levi for the fifth consecutive year. And they never saw such lawlessness on the part of the employees of the apartments. A year ago we also lived in Juhani D2 and everything was fine. But after this year, we will not take these apartments any more, like our friends who go to this resort.
