Good afternoon. I stayed in this hotel with my family. The hotel is good, located in the center of Dubai, close to the metro. There are many shops near. Delicious breakfasts, there is food for children. The rooms are comfortable and convenient. There is a sofa that we used as a bed for a 5 year old child. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine, everything works. There is also a stove and kettle. In terms of comfort, I really liked the room. I didn’t like the air conditioning system, the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, adjusting it didn’t help. But it is quite comfortable to sleep without air conditioning.

It is advisable to book a room with a balcony. Because laundry doesn’t dry well in the bathroom and in the room.

One thing ruined vacation: on November 4, 2023, the cleaner were taken away my bag with new clothes from my room during cleaning. When I went to the reception, they was told that the bag was empty,this is a lie. It is simply terrible that in such a civilized country there is theft among staff. The things were in a bag in the kitchen (not at the front door), there were tags and a receipt on the things.

Overall, the hotel itself is great, but the staff is just terrible.

Добрый день. Я останавливалась в этом отеле со своей семьей. Отель хороший, расположен в центре Дубая, недалеко от метро. Рядом много магазинов. Вкусные завтраки, есть питание для детей. Номера комфортабельные и удобные. Есть диван, который мы использовали как кровать для ребенка 5 лет. Есть холодильник и стиральная машина, все работает. Также есть плита и чайник. С точки зрения комфорта номер мне очень понравился. Не понравилась система кондиционирования, кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, регулировка не помогла. Но спать без кондиционера вполне комфортно.

Желательно бронировать номер с балконом. Потому что белье плохо сохнет в ванной и в комнате.

Отпуск испортило одно: 4 ноября 2023 года уборщица во время уборки забрала из моего номера сумку с новой одеждой. Когда я пришла на ресепшен, мне сказали, что сумка пустая, это ложь. Это просто ужасно, что в такой цивилизованной стране происходит воровство среди персонала. Вещи лежали в пакете на кухне (не у входной двери), на вещах были бирки и чек.

В целом сам отель отличный, но персонал просто ужасный.
