Built in 1962 and renovated in 2014, the fabulous 7-floor hotel has a total of 166 rooms: 16 singles, 18 suites and the rest double, triple and family rooms most with sea view. The hotel offers to the guest a lobby with its bar and a 24-hour reception, front-desk and a 2 lifts. We provide also with outdoor swimming-pool and a swimming-pool bar, a newspaper stand, nightclub, conference rooms, a TV room and a sea view restaurant (children's highchairs available on request). Free Wi-Fi and air-condition in the entire hotel (rooms and public areas). Other facilities are: room and laundry services and medical attention as well as a car parking. A breakfast buffet with show-cooking is available every morning. At lunchtime and during the evening guests may chose dishes from the daily menu included in half board or Full board or taste other options in our the new “Illa” Restaurant à la carte .

LOCAL DESCRIPTION

The town of Tossa de Mar, with just under 6000 permanent inhabitants, is one of the jewels of the Costa Brava. Small enough to be manageable, it still has plenty of things to do, and boasts a lively selection of restaurants and bars.

Benefiting from three different beaches, the town is an ideal place to come for a beach vacation, but also a fantastic base to explore the small coves and larger beaches of the Costa Brava, as well as the cities of Girona and Barcelona, and other attractions.

Tossa de Mar is 12 Km. from Lloret de Mar and 35 Km. from Girona airport. Barcelona, further to the south, is 92 Km. away, and the Salvador Dalí Museum, in Figueres is 90Km.

Mar Menuda beach is in front of the hotel and approximately only 200 m from the commercial area. Several nightclubs can be reached in a short walk. Public transport connections are just 500 m. around.
